Buddhist Pilgrimage

In the united spirit of the Northern California Monks, Lieu Quan has been participating in the Renew Precepts ceremonies monthly. Many Monks and Buddhists join hands in these Ceremonies. The asking for pardon day and the chanting of precepts day was the Monks’ duty and was a noble tradition in the time when Buddha was still alive. In this day, the Monks gathered in one location to renew the precepts that they received. Buddhist followers were able to stay with the Monks and renewed their precepts.
